Why spreadsheets

Many small service businesses outgrow a notebook long before they are ready for monthly software. A well-built spreadsheet sits in between: you own the file, you can see every formula, and it works in tools you probably already use. Each CareNunnos system follows one real workflow – a pet sitter’s week, a cleaner’s recurring clients, a lawn-care route – instead of trying to be everything at once.

How the templates are made

• Each workbook is built around one trade and comes with a blank file, a demo with fictional data, a Google Sheets import file, a Quick Start PDF and a license.
• No macros, no external connections and no subscription.
• The templates are organisational tools. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting or professional advice.

The name

CareNunnos takes its name from Cernunnos, the antlered Celtic figure of nature and animals. The motto Ancient instinct. Modern systems. stands for the idea behind the work: old, practical habits of care and order, translated into simple tools for today.

Who is behind it

CareNunnos is run by Paul Aumann in Hannover, Germany. The studio also builds web apps for German-speaking users, which you can find at carenunnos.de.
