What it helps you manage
One workbook that keepsthe work connected.
The Lawn Care Business Tracker is made for solo lawn-care operators and small mowing or landscaping businesses. Every service address is tied to a client, estimates become one-time or recurring jobs, and the Daily Route sheet lets you pick and order up to twenty stops for the day.
Which lawns are due
Recurring work keeps cadence and next due date visible, so weekly and fortnightly properties stay on schedule.
Today’s route
Choose up to 20 Job IDs, put them in the order you know works locally and open a map search link for each address.
Where each job is
Service addresses are tied to client IDs, so each job resolves to the correct property.
What is still unpaid
Receipts, refunds, mileage and direct costs are tracked against the Job ID, and open balances show up on the dashboard.

Using Google Sheets?
Upload the import file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and save it as a native Google Sheet before you enter real data. Excel sheet protection does not survive the conversion – keep a clean backup and avoid typing over calculated cells. The workbooks use US date and dollar formatting.
Is it right for you?
Made for some.Not for everyone.
Built for solo lawn-care operators and small mowing or landscaping businesses. Here is an honest picture before you buy.
A good fit if you are
- Solo mowing and lawn-care operators with recurring residential clients
- Small landscaping crews that want one shared file for jobs and payments
- Operators who know their area and prefer to order stops themselves
Not the right fit for
- Businesses that need automatic route optimisation or live GPS tracking
- Crews that need a mobile app, online booking or automatic invoicing
- Anyone looking for accounting, payroll or tax reports
Good to know
- Routes are ordered manually. The map links open a search for each address – there is no route optimisation or map integration.
- Up to 20 stops per day on the Daily Route sheet.
- Invoice Summary is a printable starting point; add every invoice detail your jurisdiction requires.
FAQ
Lawn Care Trackerquestions.
Does it optimise my route automatically?
No. You choose and order up to 20 stops yourself, and the sheet generates a map search link for each address. That keeps it simple and works without any map account or integration.
Can I plan weekly and fortnightly mowing?
Yes. Recurring jobs keep their cadence and next due date visible alongside one-time work such as a seasonal cleanup.
Is it only for mowing?
No. Services and rates are set in Settings, so trimming, cleanups or other lawn and garden work fit the same flow.
Which programs does it work with?
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. You get an Excel workbook and a separate file prepared for import into Google Sheets. Features may display slightly differently across software versions, so test with the demo first.
How do I get the files?
Checkout and download run through Payhip. After payment you receive one ZIP file with all workbooks and PDFs, plus a download link by email. Nothing is shipped.
How does the Google Sheets version work?
Upload the Google Sheets import file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and save it as a native Google Sheet before entering real data. Excel sheet protection does not survive the conversion, so keep a clean backup and avoid typing over calculated cells.
Are there macros or a subscription?
No macros and no subscription. You pay once and keep the files.
Which date and currency format is used?
The workbooks follow US date and dollar conventions, as shown in the demo. In Google Sheets the Quick Start recommends the United States locale for that reason.
Can I use it for more than one business?
One purchase covers one person or one business. You may adapt the files for your own use, but not resell or share the editable templates.
What does support cover?
Questions about opening and using the supplied files and confirmed workbook errors. It does not cover custom changes, data entry, accounting, tax or legal advice. Please never send real client data – a redacted screenshot and the cell reference are enough.
Can I get a refund?
These are instant digital downloads. Withdrawal and refund conditions are explained in the shop’s withdrawal policy and confirmed at checkout.
