What to include

• The product name and version (shown on the Start sheet and the Quick Start PDF)
• Whether you use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• The exact step that caused the issue and the sheet and cell reference
• A screenshot with fictional or redacted data

Please never send real client data, passwords, door, alarm or lockbox codes. A redacted screenshot and the cell reference are enough.

What support covers

• Access to your files and download questions
• Opening the files and the Google Sheets import
• Basic setup questions and confirmed errors in the workbook

What support does not cover

• Custom changes, data entry or business setup
• Legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice
• Restoring formulas that were changed in your copy – keep a clean backup of the original files
