What it helps you manage
One workbook that keepsthe work connected.
Short-Term Rental Turnover Control is a workbook for hosts, co-hosts and small turnover cleaning teams. Each turnover gets its own window with same-day and risk flags, and the same file tracks cleaner pay, linen against par, room tasks, supplies, issues and the margin of every turnover. It is not connected to Airbnb or any booking platform – you enter the dates yourself.
Risky windows
Each turnover is flagged as on track, dates missing, dates invalid or critical (reversed window, blocked cleaning or failed inspection).
Same-day changeovers
Checkout and check-in on the same date are flagged automatically.
What cleaners are owed
The cleaner roster shows turnovers assigned and completed, earned, paid and owed per person.
Linen and supplies
Count linen per property against par and see supplies that need reordering.

- Anyone looking for tax or regulatory advice on short-term letting

FAQ
Turnover Controlquestions.
Does it sync with my Airbnb calendar?
No. It is a standalone spreadsheet with no platform integration. You enter checkout and check-in dates yourself, and the flags calculate from those entries.
What makes a turnover “critical”?
A reversed window (check-in before checkout), blocked cleaning or a failed inspection. Missing or invalid dates get their own flags.
Which programs does it work with?
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. You get an Excel workbook and a separate file prepared for import into Google Sheets. Features may display slightly differently across software versions, so test with the demo first.
How do I get the files?
Checkout and download run through Payhip. After payment you receive one ZIP file with all workbooks and PDFs, plus a download link by email. Nothing is shipped.
How does the Google Sheets version work?
Upload the Google Sheets import file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and save it as a native Google Sheet before entering real data. Excel sheet protection does not survive the conversion, so keep a clean backup and avoid typing over calculated cells.
Are there macros or a subscription?
No macros and no subscription. You pay once and keep the files.
Which date and currency format is used?
The workbooks follow US date and dollar conventions, as shown in the demo. In Google Sheets the Quick Start recommends the United States locale for that reason.
Can I use it for more than one business?
One purchase covers one person or one business. You may adapt the files for your own use, but not resell or share the editable templates.
What does support cover?
Questions about opening and using the supplied files and confirmed workbook errors. It does not cover custom changes, data entry, accounting, tax or legal advice. Please never send real client data – a redacted screenshot and the cell reference are enough.
Can I get a refund?
These are instant digital downloads. Withdrawal and refund conditions are explained in the shop’s withdrawal policy and confirmed at checkout.
