What it helps you manage
One workbook that keepsthe work connected.
The Pet Sitting Business Tracker is a connected workbook for independent pet sitters and small dog-walking businesses. Client and pet records, care instructions, bookings, visits, payments, costs and billing share the same IDs, so the dashboard and invoice summary build themselves from what you already entered.
Who needs you this week
The Next 7 Days view lists client, pet, service and address for upcoming bookings, so the week is visible at a glance.
How each animal is cared for
Care plans keep feeding, activity, medication and visit notes next to the right pet ID – not in a message thread.
What has been paid
Payments, refunds, direct costs and mileage are recorded against the booking, and the open balance follows automatically.
Where the keys are
Anonymous key tags track who holds a physical key and whether it was returned – without storing door, alarm or lockbox codes.
Inside the workbook
A lookinside.
Preview cards from the product listing, filled with fictional demo data. The delivered workbooks are the tested originals.

Using Google Sheets?
Upload the import file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and save it as a native Google Sheet before you enter real data. Excel sheet protection does not survive the conversion – keep a clean backup and avoid typing over calculated cells. The workbooks use US date and dollar formatting.
Is it right for you?
Made for some.Not for everyone.
Built for independent pet sitters and small dog-walking businesses. Here is an honest picture before you buy.
A good fit if you are
- Solo pet sitters and dog walkers who want one place for clients, pets and bookings
- Small pet care businesses that work from a laptop and prefer files they own
- Sitters who want to try a structured system before paying for monthly scheduling software
Not the right fit for
- Teams that need online booking, client logins or automatic reminders
- Businesses that need a mobile app with GPS check-ins or photo uploads
- Anyone looking for veterinary, legal or tax guidance
Good to know
- No online booking, reminders or payment processing – it is a workbook you fill in.
- Invoice Summary is a starting point: add every invoice, VAT or sales-tax detail your jurisdiction requires.
- Demo dates are fixed, so time-relative views like Next 7 Days change as time passes.

Pet Sitting Trackerquestions.
Can I store door codes or alarm codes in it?
No, and you should not. The workbook tracks physical keys with anonymous tags only. Codes and passwords belong in a dedicated password manager, not in a spreadsheet.
Does it work for dog walking only?
Yes. Services and rates are set by you in Settings, so a walking-only business can use the same bookings, visits and payments flow.
Is there a client intake form?
The tracker covers client and pet records. Printable intake forms and client visit reports are in the separate Pet Sitter Client Intake & Visit Report Add-on.
Which programs does it work with?
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. You get an Excel workbook and a separate file prepared for import into Google Sheets. Features may display slightly differently across software versions, so test with the demo first.
How do I get the files?
Checkout and download run through Payhip. After payment you receive one ZIP file with all workbooks and PDFs, plus a download link by email. Nothing is shipped.
How does the Google Sheets version work?
Upload the Google Sheets import file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and save it as a native Google Sheet before entering real data. Excel sheet protection does not survive the conversion, so keep a clean backup and avoid typing over calculated cells.
Are there macros or a subscription?
No macros and no subscription. You pay once and keep the files.
Which date and currency format is used?
The workbooks follow US date and dollar conventions, as shown in the demo. In Google Sheets the Quick Start recommends the United States locale for that reason.
Can I use it for more than one business?
One purchase covers one person or one business. You may adapt the files for your own use, but not resell or share the editable templates.
What does support cover?
Questions about opening and using the supplied files and confirmed workbook errors. It does not cover custom changes, data entry, accounting, tax or legal advice. Please never send real client data – a redacted screenshot and the cell reference are enough.
Can I get a refund?
These are instant digital downloads. Withdrawal and refund conditions are explained in the shop’s withdrawal policy and confirmed at checkout.
