What it helps you manage
One workbook that keepsthe work connected.
The Cleaning Business Tracker is built for solo cleaners and small residential or commercial cleaning businesses. Estimates turn into jobs, jobs collect work hours, payments and costs, and the recurring schedule shows which clients are due next – all linked by stable client, property and job IDs.
Which recurring clients are due
The recurring schedule keeps cadence and next due date visible, so a fortnightly client does not slip through.
What an estimate became
Accepted estimates move into the operating schedule as jobs with date, units, rate, status and payment due date.
Who still owes you
One payment ledger for paid amounts, refunds and balances – the open amount per job is calculated, not remembered.
What a job really earned
Work hours, direct costs and mileage sit against the Job ID, so contribution after tracked direct costs is visible.

Is it right for you?
Made for some.Not for everyone.
Built for solo cleaners and small residential or commercial cleaning businesses. Here is an honest picture before you buy.
A good fit if you are
- Solo house cleaners with a mix of one-time and recurring clients
- Small residential or commercial cleaning teams that work from one shared file
- Cleaners who want estimates, jobs and payments in one place before committing to field-service software
Not the right fit for
- Teams that need staff apps, GPS clock-in or online booking
- Businesses that need payroll, accounting or tax reports
- Anyone who wants automatic payment collection
Good to know
- No automatic scheduling, reminders or payment collection – you enter and review the records.
- Invoice Summary is a printable starting point, not a compliant invoice for every country.
- Contribution only reflects the costs you track; it is not a full profit and loss statement.
FAQ
Cleaning Trackerquestions.
Can I track recurring weekly or fortnightly cleans?
Yes. The Recurring Schedule keeps the cadence and next due date for each repeat client visible next to your one-time jobs.
Does it work for commercial cleaning?
Yes. Properties are separate from clients, so one client can have several service locations.
Can several cleaners use it?
It is one workbook for one business. A small team can share it in Google Sheets, but there are no separate staff logins or permissions.
Which programs does it work with?
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. You get an Excel workbook and a separate file prepared for import into Google Sheets. Features may display slightly differently across software versions, so test with the demo first.
How do I get the files?
Checkout and download run through Payhip. After payment you receive one ZIP file with all workbooks and PDFs, plus a download link by email. Nothing is shipped.
How does the Google Sheets version work?
Upload the Google Sheets import file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and save it as a native Google Sheet before entering real data. Excel sheet protection does not survive the conversion, so keep a clean backup and avoid typing over calculated cells.
Are there macros or a subscription?
No macros and no subscription. You pay once and keep the files.
Which date and currency format is used?
The workbooks follow US date and dollar conventions, as shown in the demo. In Google Sheets the Quick Start recommends the United States locale for that reason.
Can I use it for more than one business?
One purchase covers one person or one business. You may adapt the files for your own use, but not resell or share the editable templates.
What does support cover?
Questions about opening and using the supplied files and confirmed workbook errors. It does not cover custom changes, data entry, accounting, tax or legal advice. Please never send real client data – a redacted screenshot and the cell reference are enough.
Can I get a refund?
These are instant digital downloads. Withdrawal and refund conditions are explained in the shop’s withdrawal policy and confirmed at checkout.
